It’s strange, because I was comparing last years booklet to this years! It was only mentioned in last years guideline underneath the ‘competing the application section’. However after inspecting the 2022-2023 manual I literally could not find anything about this! In any case, I highly recommend you to attend in-person interviews if at all possible.
